How to Prepare

1. Wash your hands and ensure feeding utensils are clean.
2. Boil drinking water, then cool to lukewarm.
3. Add approximately 50 g of cereal to about 150 ml of lukewarm water and stir until smooth.
4. Serve immediately. Do not add extra milk or sugar unless advised by a healthcare professional.
